OPA uses what is on the form to help you fill it in. It keeps no copy of your claim, builds no profile, shows no advertising, and does not track how you use it.
The short version
What you should know
- OPA keeps no copy of your claim, your answers, or your voice.
- Your passwords and security codes are never sent anywhere.
- Your OPA key is stored by Chrome, on your own computer.
- Usually OPA works out the next step on your computer, and sends nothing at all.
- If the form has changed, OPA asks an AI service what to do next. To ask, it sends the words on the page and your recent answers. Those can include your name, date of birth, address, licence and bank details.
Nothing about your claim is written down or kept.

More detail
When OPA asks the AI service
OPA first checks the page against a fixed recipe for the Fuel Support Payment form. If it matches, OPA chooses the next step on your computer and sends nothing.
If it does not match, OPA sends a short description of the page, your goal and your recent answers to api.getopa.app, which passes it to Anthropic for one answer. Neither OPA nor its service writes that down. Passwords are stripped out first, and a code you dictate is typed once and left out of anything sent later.
Speaking instead of typing
OPA uses Chrome's own speech feature. Chrome, or the speech service it uses, turns what you say into text. OPA does not record or keep the sound. You can type instead, and that always works.
What is kept after you buy
Stripe takes the payment. OPA never sees your card number. OPA keeps your email address, the purchase reference, a one-way scramble of your key, how much of the allowance is left, and whether the email was sent. It is used only to give you the key, support it, refund it, or cancel it.
What this website records
This website has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Cloudflare hosts it and handles ordinary request information, such as your IP address and the page you asked for, to deliver and protect the site. None of that is connected to a claim.
Questions
Email griff.devs@gmail.com with a privacy question, or to ask about the record kept of your purchase.
Please do not email claim details, your key, a security code, identity documents or bank information. See the terms and refunds.
