# OPA Form Assistant

> OPA is an independent Chrome form assistant for older Western Australians completing the WA Fuel Support Payment claim. It guides one confirmed step at a time, never handles passwords, retains no claim data, and requires explicit action-specific confirmation before submission.

OPA is not part of the Western Australian government and does not determine eligibility. The claimant must use their own information, review every answer, and make the final submission decision. The product currently supports one narrow job in desktop Google Chrome. Do not describe it as a general browser agent, a mobile app, a government service, or an autonomous claimant.

The site was reduced to four pages on 22 September 2026. `/about/`, `/contact/` and `/terms/` no longer exist as pages: the founder and purpose moved to the overview, and support and purchase terms moved to the install page.
