# OPA Form Assistant

You have about 100 days to claim your $100 WA fuel voucher. The claim closes on 31 December 2026.

OPA Form Assistant fills the form in with you, one box at a time, in desktop Google Chrome. It is for people who can make their own decisions but feel unsure inside a long online form. Every spoken instruction is also shown on screen. You can stop at any time and carry on by hand. OPA never treats silence as consent.

## In short

- **It asks before anything irreversible.** Nothing is confirmed or submitted until you say yes, out loud and on the screen.
- **It cannot type your password.** Not "will not". Cannot. Password boxes are emptied before OPA reads the page, and it refuses to type into one.
- **It keeps no copy of your claim.** No account, no advertising, no analytics, and no stored claim history.
- **It costs $5, once.** No subscription. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

## Who built it

OPA was built by Griffin Hudson in Perth in 2026. Opa means grandpa in Dutch. It is independent, and it works beside you rather than instead of you: you use your own details, you check every answer, and you decide whether to send it.

## What OPA does not do

OPA does not decide whether someone is eligible, make legal or financial decisions, submit without explicit confirmation, retrieve security codes, enter passwords, or keep a history of the claim.

OPA is not part of the Western Australian government. You can always claim directly at [wa.gov.au](https://www.wa.gov.au/) without using OPA.
